PAYMENT INFORMATION

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit card and debit card via Stripe, as well as payments through PayPal.

When will I be charged again for my subscription?

After signing up for a subscription plan, subsequent payments will occur on the 20th of the next billing period. For instance, if you sign up for a month subscription plan on January 5th, then you will be charged again on February 20th.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click on “Account” in the top right corner, and log in to your account. You can then view your subscription and cancel it.

How do I enter a promotional code?

You can enter in a promotional code at check-out. Click on the shopping cart icon once you are ready to complete your purchase, and enter in the code on the labeled space once the page loads.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How do you ship your products?

We ship all of our products through USPS, and are thus subject to their system and guidelines.

It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t received my order?

Send us an e-mail right away! There is a chance that it may have gotten lost while being shipped to you.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Your order may take up to a week to manufacture and prepare, due to the limited speed of 3D printing and volume of other orders. After your order is shipped out, it will take roughly five business days to reach you.

Do your ship internationally?

At this time, we can only ship to customers in the United States of America. We apologize fot the inconvenience this might cause. If you live outside the US, you are welcome to e-mail us to explore other ways to get involved with CubeForme.
